The Government of Malawi engaged a team of experts to review the National Agricultural Policy for 2016–2021 and inform development of a comprehensive successor policy. The review examined implementation experience, lessons learned and emerging developments in agriculture and related sectors.
Chamuka Thebulo participated in the policy evaluation team. The assignment was funded by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the review report was presented to and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture in January 2023.
